Service Call/Repair Request
A typical leak call consists of but is not limited to the following:
- Travel to and from the service location.
- Meeting with the on-site contact if available to gain entry.
to the interior to inspect and document leak area.
- Access roof to trace leak and source.
- Perform repair as needed. (may be limited to a temporary repair)
Repairs are not guaranteed, repair fees include one call back (within 30 days) if the leak persists. Sully Jones Roofing will be the sole determining body as to the source of the leak.
Regular Business Hours –
The ability to be placed on our regular work schedule (next available) Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
After Hours / Weekends –
Only available to make a service call outside of our regular business hours listed above.
Emergency / Holidays –
Regardless of existing schedule, your request is a priority and will be addressed within 48 hours.
